By accessing or using LaundromatAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Use of Service

LaundromatAI provides a cloud-based laundromat management platform. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscription and Billing

The Free Forever plan is available at no cost with no time limit. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. LaundromatAI does not claim ownership of your business data. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Limitation of Liability

LaundromatAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila.
